Cooperation between Supervisory Authorities and EDPS
In supervising the processing of personal data within the Schengen area, the Office for Personal Data Protection cooperates with the national Supervisory Authorities of other member states and with the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS).

Coordinated Supervision Committee (CSC)
The current EU information systems, bodies and agencies falling within the scope of the CSC are Schengen Information System (SIS), Visa Information System (VIS), Internal Market Information System (IMI), European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) and European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol). The CSC also supervises data exchange under the Prüm II Regulation and, together with the CIS SCG, supervises the Customs Information System (CIS).

Until 2022, cooperation between supervisory authorities and the EDPS in supervising the processing of personal data in certain systems and organizations was carried out within separate groups, namely:
