This information on processing of personal data carried out by the Office for Personal Data Protection (hereinafter “the Office”) concerns the data collected through the Office´s website.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable living natural person. Under personal data fall also single pieces of information that put together can lead to the identification of a specific person. Name, address, marital status, data on health, IP address or security logs are personal data as well.

When processing personal data. the Office observes security and confidentiality standards ensuring compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “the GDPR”) and with the Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing. The Office however does not take any responsibility for the content and processing of personal data at other websites to which it refers via its own website.


Cookies – website functioning

  1. Purpose and legal basis of processing
    The processing of personal data through cookie files is necessary to enable functioning of the website. The Office´s website use technically necessary cookies only. 
    The GDPR article 6(1)(f) is the legal basis for the processing. The Office´s legal interest is to secure to visitors a smooth functioning of the website.
  2. Category of personal data processed
    Unique identifier which is part of cookies.
  3. Category of personal data recipients
    The recipient of personal data is the website provider, the company SIMPLO s.r.o., seated in Brno, Kainarova 2717/97, info@simplo.cz acting as the processor.
  4. Retention period
    The Office stores this information only for a period necessary to meet a request, i.e. for duration of the connection when browsing the website. Cookies will expire after 2 hours.
     

The data which the Office collects through its website will not be passed on to any other third party with exception of cases and for purposes, where this obligation is imposed by law or in the instance that the processing is carried out for the Office by a processor on contractual basis.
