Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2018/1860, Regulation (EU) 2018/1861, Regulation (EU) 2018/1862, and on the basis of Sections 50 and 54 of the Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, I hereby file this complaint concerning the processing of my personal data in the Schengen Information System.

You shall be informed about the initial review of your complaint and the potential next steps taken by the Office in the matter no later than 30 days after the Office had received your complaint.
